Ability: When angry, Lucian's skin becomes incredibly hot which can prove to be very dangerous if he touches another persons skin. When his ability is at its highest point, Lucian is able to produce balls of fire from his hands. However, this only tends to happen when he feels the urge to hurt someone.
Drawback: While Lucian's ability is very powerful, it is also a burden. Every time Lucian unleashes his ability, he will always become exhausted and dehydrated afterwards, which is why Lucian tries very hard to keep his temper at bay in most situations.
Education: For his high school education Lucian attended Collegiate School for boys. While he graduated, he has seen no need to further his education at college.
Occupation: Heir to the Hades fortune. Lucian hasn't had to work for anything in his life.
When first taking in the appearance of Lucian Hades, sophisticated and mysterious would be the first words that would come to mind. His facial features can often be misleading, which tends to be apart of his manipulative ways. His face is nicely rounded, but his facial features seem to be slightly chiseled, thus making them appear more distinct and confronting (especially when he's angry). He tends to wear a poker face most of the time, seeing any form of emotion as a sign of weakness that he chooses not to display. However, there are times where his poker face tends to falter, in when doing so, displays a more truer version of himself.
Lucian has short, dark brown hair that he wears both messy and at times combed down, but it depends on the occasion. He stands at about 5'9 in height and has a nice and healthy build for his age. He's muscular in some places, but you wouldn't call him the most muscular among the people he knows. However, he's not too concerned by this because he has the skill of manipulating his way out of most situations.
When it comes to style, Lucian's style could most definitely be considered as 'unique'. His clothing choices tend to reflect the ones found in movies set in the 1930's, but adapted to the modern times that he lives in. For any other person this particular look would be considered strangely odd, but not for Lucian who seems to pull off anything he wears, no matter how out of the norm his garments are.

Something Memorable: Lucian's most memorable feature would have to be his smirk. When he's smirking, it tends to mean that his plan has fallen into place, which seems to make people a little nervous, especially if his plan involves you.

There's no denying that Lucian has excellent manipulating skills and he most definitely proud of them. Whether it's through his way of words or whether he uses someone to get what he wants, he can almost always turn the situation into his favor. Almost always. With having a father who has manipulated his way into becoming one of the best lawyers in New York, there's no real surprise when it comes to the way Lucian was raised. He likes to feel powerful and thinks it's okay to take whatever he wants, regardless to how many people get hurt.
lonely.
It's easy to see the jerk (that is Lucian) on the surface. However, not many people realize that inside is a lonely young man who feels neglected by his father as well as pressured to do him proud. He feels as though he's a failure in his father's eyes, which causes him to do whatever it takes to make his father proud of him, despite the fact that his father rarely approves of what Lucian does. Having his father as the only real role model in his life, it's been hard for Lucian to become his own person. As for friendships, Lucian doesn't have any true friends, they're mostly associates or minions (as it were) that tend to only hang around him because they can see something in it for them or because of the fact that they're frightened of him. Deep down Lucian just wants to be accepted, perhaps even find a young lady that understands him. The only thing really stopping him is his refusal of letting any of his weak emotions out.

Even though Lucian has some impressive manipulative skills, there are certain people who can fool his plans (hey, he can't manipulate everyone right?). If Lucian's plans don't go in his favor, you'd better make sure you're at a safe distance because there's no telling when he might have one of his angry outbursts. His temper can be quite unpredictable and when he's angry, you might want to just let him cool off by himself for a while. Lucian is usually a classy guy who prefers to mess with peoples heads rather than beat the crap out of them, however, when his temper is high, he may not be able to control himself and that's when his ability is unleashed.

Positive Traits:
classy.
Due to his background, Lucian's personality is filled with sophistication and class that make him stand out. Alot of girls that he's slept with in the past have said that it was his class and charm that caught their attention in the first place. While that might not be considered the most positive personality trait, his classy nature and his traditional ways have definitely made him excel through life.
intelligent.
Lucian is most definitely intelligent, there's no doubt about it. His intelligence has definitely been one of his tools when it comes to manipulating and making sure that he's ahead of everyone else. His intelligence has gotten him far, despite the reasons behind his actions. Although, he tends to use his intelligence in ways that he shouldn't, he's got the brains none the less.

The creative part of Lucian's personality has definitely taken him far when it comes to approaching various situations. He has a magnificent imagination that lets him go far when he's creating something, even if that something is coming up with a new scheme. His creativeness is apart of the reason why he's such a good manipulator and he tends to abuse this fact.
Negative Traits:
pompous.
Because of Lucian's background, he tends to think that he's better than everyone else. This is not a trait that he tends to hide, but rather wears it proudly on the surface for everyone to see. He wants only the finest things out of life and is not afraid to demand them.

Manipulating is one of Lucian's best skills. He enjoys playing with peoples minds and using his twisted ways to get whatever he wants. There is pretty much nothing that he won't do to gain things that will benefit him.

In (what he believes to be) his own world, Lucian's happiness is all that matters as far as he's concerned. It would be a surprise even if he was just slightly inclined to put someone before himself in any situation. Though he could be capable of compassion if he tried, he chooses not to for he has been made to believe by his father that giving into others is a weakness.

Lucian's humor tends to be sarcastic and dry alot of the time. Usually he's the only one that gets his kind of humor, mostly due to the fact that he's amused by others misfortunes.

Whenever something goes according to plan in his favor, Lucian tends to smirk victoriously whenever something goes his way. It's something he's not aware of, but it sure does make others feel uneasy.

Lucian Caledon Hades was born to Caledon and Narissa eighteen years ago into a family of power and wealth. Caledon was just beginning his career as a lawyer while Narissa was enjoying married life as a housewife in Caledon's inherited Manhattan apartment. While Narissa was a housewife, Lucian had many nannies that helped raise him during his childhood while his father concentrated on work, pleased that he had a son to continue on the family name that had originated in Greece before Lucian's great-grandfather had moved them over to America.
Lucian had an excellent childhood, despite the fact that his parents weren't around much. Though others may argue with the word 'excellent' when used in Lucian's situation. Lucian had all he could ever need or wanted. He had a private education in his childhood years by being taught by tutors at home and proved to have signs of intelligence early in his childhood. Despite all the luxuries Lucian had, he also lacked other things that would be considered a requirement in any other persons childhood, such as friends. His parents were so focused on making him grow up too fast, he didn't have time to play and live his childhood properly.
As Lucian became older, his father became much more resentful towards his son when Lucian began showing little interest in following in his footsteps. His father had wanted Lucian to follow in his footsteps as a lawyer that would carry on the marvelous reputation that the Hades name had earned over the years. Lucian's father would constantly nag him about choosing a path that he considered to be far more admirable while Lucian continued to go through high school, barely passing and occupying his time with parties, girls and manipulating for his own amusement.
Lucian graduated high school, mostly due to his fathers influential phone calls and continues to live the high life with no particular plan for his future. However, to this day, Lucian remains determined to prove himself worthy to his father, but no matter what he does, his father rarely seems pleased.
After holding in his anger for many years, Lucian began to develop his special ability where his skin would become very hot whenever he felt angry. To this day, Lucian has made sure that his ability remains secret for he sees his ability as a burden rather than a gift.

Winning an award for a painting he completed in art class during his junior year at high school. It was the one time he felt truly accomplished and he received praise for doing something good.
Worst Memory:
His father refusing to accept Lucian's art award as a true accomplishment, stating that it was a waste of time.
Top 3 life-changing moments:
001: Winning an award for his painting.
This was truly one of the only times Lucian felt accomplished with himself. Feeling accomplished for something other than manipulating, woke something up inside Lucian that made him want to try and accomplish other things.
002: His accomplishment being rejected.
Although Lucian felt a sense of accomplishment after he won his award, this feeling was soon deflated by his father when his father refused to accept his award as a worthy accomplishment. This sent Lucian back into his old ways.
003: Discovering his ability.
For many years, Lucian thought that he just had a high blood pressure, but the day his father refused to praise his art award, Lucian managed to burn a large hole in the dining table after smashing it with his fist in frustration. The maid of their household dropped a pile of plates in astonishment as she saw the flames flickering in his hands, making her the only witness to Lucian's ability.
Family relationships:
Caledon Hades. father.
Lucian doesn't have a good relationship with his father. Their relationship could be compared to a sergeant and soldier, rather than father and son. Caledon is a big part of the reason as to why Lucian is the way he is today.
Narissa Hades. mother.
Although Lucian has a better relationship with his mother rather than his father, he still finds trouble relating to her. However, she has been there for him more so than his father. Their family has been raised on more traditional beliefs where the father is the head of the house and always has the last word. Because Lucian's family has this attitude, it's not surprising as to where Lucian's sexist views came from.
As Megan slammed the door after he had strode on in, Lucian's seductive facade had now been replaced by a deadly glare that lingered on Megan and remained fixed on her as she stood away from him in the middle of the room. The way she resisted him, the way she looked at him whenever they were together made Lucian's anger bubble with fury. Though hard to believe, Lucian was actually capable of accepting rejection. Of course, he wasn't fond of being rejected by the occasional girl who couldn't be charmed, but he would always get over it and move on to the next girl in a small amount of time or succeed at the next attempt. Megan was different. Lucian had tried to charm her into his bed over and over again in the past several years that they had known each other, and he still didn't succeed at what he wanted from her.
Lucian constantly pretended that all he wanted from Megan was a simple one night stand, but in reality, all he wanted was her company and perhaps some acceptance. Of course, Lucian would never admit it freely, but most of the time he felt lonely. In some ways, he saw a part of himself within Megan. Like Lucian, Megan was a bit of an outcast that didn't get along with most people. She too was lonely, yet still remained resistant towards him. That's what angered him the most, even if manipulative ways was most likely a part of the reason why she distanced herself from him.
Lucian's glare shifted from Megan to her phone that was vibrating on her bed. It made him wonder who out of all people would be calling Megan. Lucian waited for the phone to stop ringing before he spoke. "Well that was rude of you. That might have been important." He spoke sarcastically, shifting his glare back to Megan, suspicious as to who was calling her. Clearly she didn't want him listening to her conversation. If Lucian's anger didn't grow then, it certainly did after Megan snatched her drink back from him. Sure it had been her drink to begin with, but it annoyed the hell out of Lucian by the fact that she was still fighting against him.
As soon as Megan slammed her drink down, that was the boiling point for Lucian. It was easy to tell that he would not be able to hold onto his anger for much longer. Soon, he would have no choice but to unleash it with the way Megan was going, right now it was beyond his own control. He ignored her first comment, but took an angry step forward to close the distance between them. After he had listened to what Megan had to say next, that was it for Lucian. Within a flash Lucian grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her towards him so their faces were inches apart, not caring that he was violating her personal space. "Now it's your turn to listen..." Lucian growled at her, gritting his teeth.
"If you don't want to take part in my so-called 'games', then why are you still here? Why do you still hang around me? You don't even try to avoid me." He questioned her loudly, taking Megan's jaw into his free hand so that she couldn't look away from him. He wanted to make sure that she listened. "Is it because you hate being an outcast, hate being alone? Face it, I'm all you've got because you won't let others in and it scares you to death to know that I'm the only person you have to rely on. You won't even accept a simple date with me because you're scared you'll enjoy it, when in reality, you're more like me than you'll admit." Lucian finished with a smug sneer as he slowly released Megan from his grasp, but remained standing close in front of her. If you looked closely (very closely), you would notice a hint of tenderness lingering in Lucian's eyes that was soon replaced with his cold glare once more.
