Hey there. Well, here at Darling we are trying a new thing with activity checks. It's so much work to once every few months or so hold a check then spend half a day deleting accounts that failed to post and cleaning out old threads. It is also sad to see such a large drop in members all in one day, so we are going to try this new, steady flow idea of checking activity. I'm going to try and explain how it works as best I can, but if it's confusing please do PM me and I will help you understand it.
Here's how it works, to remain a member of this site, you need to post in this thread once a month. Every month, on the first day of the month, a member of the staff will go through this thread and first PM any members who's activity is about to or has expired (so you need not worry about remembering, as long as you read your PM and act on it, you will be fine.) then delete those accounts of people who have moved to the danger list the last week and did not reply.
The only way you can save yourself from being deleted is if you have posted an absence, and made one of the admins aware that you are unable to get on and post. In the instance of an emergency, and you had no way at all of getting online to post an absence, please contact a staff member and we will do our best to restore all of your posts and what not. Certain things like plot finders, thread trackers and plot pages, sadly, cannot be stored though.
